Eden Scott is recruiting a Reward Analyst on a fixed term contract for 6 months initially, for their client, based in Edinburgh city centre.

In this role, you will;
* Act as the face of the Reward team - responding to and solving employee queries.
* Supporting key benefit and recognition programmes in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide support to key reward initiatives such as salary reviews, share options transactions and global benefits and well-being.
* Develop reward communications materials.
* Partner closely with Payroll & People Operations to ensure accurate monthly processing of all benefits changes.
What we are looking for;
* Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy is essential
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint
* A highly adaptable and pro-active approach.
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
