Aiming to promote organisational alignment, this role will have responsibility for ensuring a cohesive approach to governance, quality, legal and compliance matters, especially in relation to financial regulations. Your role would act as the primary authority on legal and compliance, providing decisive guidance on contract terms, data protection, regulatory issues and fair practice. Your expertise will be essential in advising the organisation on operating with FCA guidelines.
