We are looking for an Experienced Senior Administrator to lead on Disrepair contract based in Eastleigh Offering £37,000 benefits hybrid working Key Responsibilities: Lead the process for properties flagged under disrepair claims, often involving legal proceedings (e.g. Housing Disrepair Protocol under the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act). Liaise with surveyors, contractors, and maintenance teams to schedule and complete necessary works within agreed time frames. Communicate with residents to explain the process, manage expectations, and provide updates. Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with legislation, including handling pre-action protocol steps and preparing documentation for court if needed. Maintain accurate records of all cases, works completed, timeliness, and costs. Identify patterns in disrepair to support long-term maintenance strategies and reduce future claims.
