My client is looking to recruit a HR Administration Assistant to join their team. A significant element of the role will be the preparation of information required for the monthly payroll. The role also involves filing records and keeping track of employee information by ensuring files and databases are up to date, together with setting up meetings and interviews. HR experience is not necessary, but my client does require a strong, numerate administrator with excellent IT skills. Duties include, but are not limited to: Process information required to run the monthly payroll. Maintain holiday and sickness records. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping. Update and keep track of employee records, via files and digital methods. Help with recruitment activities such as job postings and interviews. Prepare offer letters and contracts. Help manage the employee performance review process. Help with disciplinary actions and employee relations. Help with other HR tasks when needed. Although this is a full time role, there could be some flexibility on hours for the right candidate.
