Creative Edinburgh - Business Coordinator
Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent.
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (over 2.5 days, one-hour unpaid lunch break each full working day).
Work Location: CodeBase, 37a Castle Terrace, EH1 2EL, Edinburgh with flexibility of hybrid working.
Start date: w/c 26th August 2024
Who are we?
Creative Edinburgh is a registered charity that supports the creative community in Edinburgh. Our community of over 6,500+ members is made up of freelancers, SMEs, students, and start-ups. We connect these creative makers and thinkers through our events, creative initiatives, and mentoring programmes, encouraging them to share their stories and skills.
Our initiatives include:
* Building and connecting communities through our events programme.
* Driving growth and finding pathways to learning and skills development.
* Advocating for creativity locally, nationally, and internationally.
* Supporting the professional development and well-being of our members.
Who are we looking for?
You will provide administrative support to the Executive Team and the organisation as a whole, focusing on organisational logistics. We are looking for a commercially astute, Edinburgh-based Business Coordinator with experience in data collection and analysis, who is interested in the creative industries. This role is key to delivering against the vision for Creative Edinburgh.
What will you be doing?
As we grow our programmes and scale up our initiatives, we need an experienced and dynamic individual to support our business development strategy through effective membership data collection, analysis, and reporting. We want to reflect the organisation’s success over the last two years and take us through the next phase of development and growth with your support.
