Administrator - Resource Coordinator\n\nOur leading facilities management client is seeking a resource coordinator-administrator to join the team and can work remotely; position is based at Newcastle\n\nCapable of working remotely while visiting Newcastle twice a year.\n\nOverview\n\nMonday to Friday 9:00AM to 17:00PM\nContract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend) \nExcellent working environment/team Duties include:\n\nBasic sifting of candidates/applications \nInterview scheduling \nCustomer service and communication via email, phone and text. \nUpdating trackers and the recruitment system \nAdministrative support (full training provided) \nBasic reporting-pulling data from systems \nSupporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub Experience needed:\n\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)\nStrong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)\nComfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools \nConfident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone \nStrong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure\nComfortable working remotely and independently \nReliable, ethical, and proactive\nAble to handle high volumes of work.\nEligibility to work in the UK\nMust provide 2 professional references\nMust have a DBS within the last 12 months. \n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
