Job Title: Administrator

About Us:
We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed
* Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support
* Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
* Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Essential for the role:
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* PVG / Disclosure registered (preffered)
