Fixed Term until 31 March 2026 Middlesbrough Neighbourhoods are seeking to recruit two experienced Community Development and Cohesion workers to support the delivery of a range of activities and initiatives throughout Middlesbrough. The position will play in an integral role working across Middlesbrough encouraging and supporting residents to become more resilient, developing a better understanding of each other by promoting shared social and cultural values, delivering key outcomes related to community cohesion and resilience. The successful candidates will work alongside statutory, voluntary, and community partners. It’s about helping communities genuinely come together, promoting, and constructing a vision of British values large enough for everyone to fit in.
