Vivergo Fuels are seeking a mechanically biased Technical Planning Coordinator (Planner) to lead the Vivergo Maintenance Planning Process and deliver planned work to enable scheduling of 100% of working hours available on a weekly basis. Also driving a 6-week work execution plan and supporting upcoming TARs. A day in the life of a Technical Planner? It's ensuring that Work Orders are fully specified within the timescale derived by the Priority Matrix (VMP), with individual steps identified and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) fully prepared. Making sure that all tools, equipment and spares required to complete the task are available, to enable safe and on-time execution. You'll work closely with Vivergo's small team of schedulers and other planners, becoming an integral part of maintenance strategy and delivery. Sound Interesting? We think so Key Responsibilities Implementing and maintaining high standards of safety suitable for an upper tier COMAH site. Drive the VMP from a planning perspective to support optimised continuous production activities and prevent loss of throughput and/or efficiency that might affect commercial profit and loss. Plan for upcoming interventions and TAR’s. Role specific responsibilities Review work orders for completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper if incomplete Review work order for adequate definition of required solution, liaise with the Technical Team as required if adequate further technical solution definition is required Use, where possible, an archived plan for basis of actual plan Identify task parts, activities, tools, services and equipment necessary to execute job Prepare workpacks, detailing parts, services, resource, duration and cost data in CMMS Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) including Permit Request Uses “quality feedback” from the Technician to optimise the WO contents and then Archives job plans Maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan all maintenance and engineering work on site Plan work to fill a “six-week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources together with making dynamic decision based on operational needs Plan On Site and Off Site maintenance disciplines, to ensure the optimum time to perform jobs for PM and statutory compliance and maximum efficiency are achieved consistently Liaise with Maintenance Assistant/Stores and Procurement for material/ spares and repair status till received by the maintenance department Analyse CMMS metrics and providing reports on resource utilisation Providing input into any staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts Develop outage/ shutdown planned work as necessary to optimise workflow Maintain and manage weekly and monthly metrics, logs and records to assist in KPI tracking Work closely and develop good working relationships with external support companies to deliver requirements for 24/7 operations Seek out and specify isolation envelopes to enable safe execution of work Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 depending on experience, plus 10% benefits package. Contract: Permanent Working hours : 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday. Based at the Vivergo Fuels Site at the Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull. About You The successful Technical Planner will display a cooperative communication style, and will enjoy to collaborate with their peers in order to facilitate the team togetherness which is synonymous with Vivergo team culture. Knowledge – skills and experience required Previous exposure to an upper tier COMAH site Experience in maintenance planning Experience working with CMMS systems (AX Dynamics preferable) Ability to interpret OEM manuals, data sheets and various other drawings in order to present the required information to the technicians to enable work execution Personal attributes Self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on safety, high quality, and commercial success.
