Digital Marketing Manager : A newly created role reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with wider marketing team and other departments to ensure engaging customer experience across all touchpoints and working with a Web development agency to support new international Websites, ongoing usability, and ad hoc digital marketing campaigns.
* Reporting to Head of Marketing
* Map out the customer and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvement
* Day-to-day operations of the company website
* Visibility and search engine rankings.
* Analyse website traffic and user behaviour
* Marketing automation

Job Requirements for Digital Marketing Manager
* 3 to 4 years in similar role
* Content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
* CRM - Salesforce / HubSpot or similar
* Working with Marketing Agency - Web Development
* User Journey
* Marketing Automation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
* A/B testing
* Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques
* Able to travel to head office 3 days- Bracknell.
