As an Energy Specialist, you’ll be part of our customer operations and have the most important job – wowing our customers. You’ll own the customer experience end to end and consistently deliver exceptional service, taking full responsibility for your customer’s journey.

1. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
2. Support customers with everything from billing to meter exchanges
3. Handle a variety of challenges with empathy, going the extra mile to offer fantastic solutions

It would be great if you had:
1. Previous customer service experience (don’t worry if you’re new to energy, we’ll provide full training)
2. A proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference
Here’s what else you need to know:
1. Closing date: 17/10/2024
2. Competitive salary: £24,195 - £26,010 per annum, dependent on experience
3. Hybrid working approach: Split your week between home and our hub (typically 2-3 days at our London hub)

9. Contract: Minimum of 30 hours per week
