The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a fixed-term People and Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth running of our payroll and administrative processes, providing accurate, efficient, and compliant support that underpins the success of our team and the wider College.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Accurate and timely input, validation, and extraction of data across People and Payroll systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
* Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records with strong audit trails to support internal and external audits.
* Supporting the delivery of a customer-centric service by responding to queries professionally and contributing to process improvements.
* Providing flexible support for the wider finance team, including covering other duties as required.
