We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a leading accountancy practice based in Essex on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing business and take on a key role in the payroll team. If you have payroll experience in either an accountancy practice or bureau then we would love to hear from you. As a Payroll Administrator your duties will include: Processing multiple payrolls including weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly and monthly Nominal ledger reconciliation work in respect of PAYE accounts Processing of net pay through multiple bank accounts Processing and submission to various pension providers including Nest, Peoples Pension etc Preparing CIS returns We are looking for a Payroll administrator with experience of CIS returns and also Sage and Excel knowledge. You must be a good communicator as you will be required to liaise with client regarding pay rates, and also deal with HMRC queries, staff changes and ad hoc matters.
