The ideal candidate should have a strong administration background and be adaptable within the workplace. This role is office based, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.Your new role- Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business.- Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.- Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending them out.- Utilising the in-house system effectively.- Processing orders through an online web portal.What you'll need to succeed- Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal.- The ability to update and maintain databases.- Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.- Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.- Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.- An ability to work well in environments.What you'll get in return- Competitive salary between £25,000-£28,000.- Full training and support is provided.- Monday-Friday, office based.-...
