A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel, which includes public areas and rooms. This position is concerned with the overall operation and control of the Housekeeping Department in compliance with established Housekeeping policy and practices of this Hotel and Hilton International.
What will I be doing?
A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel, which includes public areas and rooms. This position is concerned with the overall operation and control of the Housekeeping Department in compliance with established Housekeeping policy and practices of this Hotel and Hilton International:
* Oversee housekeeping operations
* Routine inspections in all housekeeping areas, including public areas
* Supervise housekeeping measures which service the health and safety of team members and guests
* Report on furnishings and installations ensuring they are kept in good condition
* Ensure an appropriate standard for clothing, hygiene, uniform, conduct and management of the housekeeping team
* Communicate with management on all relevant matters pertaining to the operation of the department, development of the team and opportunities to wow the guest

* Ability to work under pressure
