Support Assistant

Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day
Start Date: October half term

Are you passionate about making a difference in a primary school setting? We are seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Spilsby. If you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children thrive academically and emotionally. Your commitment to supporting their learning journey will be key to their success.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Support students in their social and emotional development.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Support Assistant with SEN is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
