Role: "Key" Customer Co-ordinator
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: up to £27,000
Office Angels have teamed up with a forward-thinking, dynamic client looking to recruit a Key Customer Co-ordinator. This role is busy, and you can work on a hybrid work pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will join an established team of hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy developing within this company and sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with Key Accounts and other UK customers to ensure a prompt and accurate response to all correspondence received.
2. Resolve and respond to queries and claims promptly, accurately, and legibly in line with the department service levels to facilitate payment.
3. Provide business reports on the designated Key Accounts on a monthly basis.
4. Monitor dispatch performance of orders through the warehouse and assist in workload management.
5. Schedule, attend, and manage regular meetings with Key customers, including the production of minutes and control of subsequent action points.
6. Maintain high standards of behaviour within the team, conducting oneself in a positive manner that promotes the Customer Service Department and company values.
7. Possess a flexible attitude to cover functions outside of the normal remit if circumstances require.
8. Attend any training courses that the Key Accounts Manager or Head of Department feels would be beneficial to the role or career development.
9. Promote and maintain the correct standards of health and safety within the workplace.
10. A thorough understanding of UK Customer Services processes.
11. Highly organised with well-developed time management skills, able to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
12. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
13. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel 2010.
14. Flexible and willing attitude, able to work within a team environment.
15. Demonstrate attention to detail.
16. Ability to assimilate complex information to produce written reports and presentations for business reporting.
