Reporting directly to the Chief Delivery Officer, you’ll oversee a talented and driven delivery team across EMEA, including technical consultants, developers, creatives, and project managers. This role offers the chance to lead, mentor, and shape the professional services delivery function across the region. You bring: Experience operating in Professional Services or delivery role within the tech sector. Program Management capability showing the pragmatic application of agile/lean project methodologies, processes and practices. Strategic thinking coupled with practical execution, you'll happily get your hands dirty when required. Continuous improvement mindset to evolve delivery frameworks towards optimised outcomes: customer satisfaction, project delivery quality, and client value. Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus with executive and senior management, customers, and partners. Ability to serve as an expert in Professional Services internally and externally with customers, partners, and industry communities. Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g. consulting, implementation, trainers, project managers, creative) and delivery partners. Experience with software development lifecycle (i.e., SDLC), agile, DevOps, software development tools, technologies, and processes. Ability to be an evangelist for Squiz customers, you naturally build relationships and have the ability to uncover new opportunities within accounts. Nice to have Experience delivering solutions similar to those of Squiz - DXP, CMS, web development etc Experience working across the EMEA region outside of just the UK Strong commercial acumen expertise What you would do: Inspire and lead dispersed technical delivery teams to create and implement excellent digital solutions. Input to, and facilitate, delivery of the Services Strategy across the EMEA delivery team. Refine and evolve the delivery framework in partnership with Services leadership, people managers, and other functional leaders across Squiz. Network and build trust with customers to ensure successful projects and great outcomes. Drive the adoption of global standards and practices across EMEA. Ensures Services disciplines work together to achieve a cohesive organisational structure and delivery framework. Acts as an escalation point for Services Squads and help negotiate successful outcomes with client's outcomes in mind. Lead delivery of consulting, education and implementation services to our customers - overseeing resource management, project delivery and operational success metrics. Be accountable for services financial targets and metrics, including bookings, revenue, gross margin and utilisation. Build and scale regional service operations (i.e. people, process, systems and tools) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building effective and efficient delivery methodologies. Act as an evangelist for services, assisting sales with selling and serving as an executive sponsor for our strategic customers. Develop and manage the partner strategy and ecosystem in partnership with our Partner team to maintain a regional network of certified partners that deliver with consistent quality. Location : Accessible to London (with ability to access the office 1-2 times per week) We would also consider Edinburgh.
