Joining a thriving team, you will work closely with financial planning consultants, paraplanners, and client services staff to deliver exceptional client support and build strong relationships. You will receive full training, including support to achieve industry qualifications (should you wish to go down this route) and gain hands-on experience with tasks such as generating compliance packs, dealing with letters of authority, client communication, and preparation for client meetings. What youll do Support the review process from start to finish. Set up service cases using our in-house system. Contact clients to book their annual or six-monthly reviews. Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) and collect policy details for advisers. Update client records, making sure all information is correct. Attend client meetings with advisers when needed. Send paperwork to clients on behalf of advisers. Help manage adviser changes, updating systems and contacting providers. Assist clients with logging in or registering for their online portal. Prepare review packs, including gathering valuations and checking documents are up to date. Help with reception tasks, such as answering calls, sorting post, and welcoming visitors. What were looking for Experience and qualifications Prior experience in a customer service administration role. We welcome applications from those who can demonstrate strong potential through other experiences. GCSE Grade B or above in Maths and English Language required.
