Who You Are:
* You’re passionate about prospecting and aren’t afraid of facing many “no’s” before hearing a “yes.” You know how to build a pipeline from the ground up.
* You’re a proactive self-starter with experience using multiple outreach channels like cold calling, cold emailing, and social media.
* You’re always eager to learn and believe in continuous improvement.
* You’ve worked with tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce. Experience with Salesloft is a plus.
* You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across international teams. #Together is more than just a hashtag, it’s our mindset.
* You’ll be tasked with meeting monthly quotas for qualified meetings at various stages.
* You are fluent in both German and English.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify potential target accounts, build lists, and reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
* Cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to generate interest and establish rapport.
* Actively seek new business opportunities and arrange meetings or calls with prospective customers and our Account Executives.
* Create strategies and processes to identify top prospects using prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques.
* Keep accurate records in Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting and consistent results.
