You will be responsible for organizing a variety of events, as well as handling day-to-day office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a keen eye for detail, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place, such as venue arrangements, catering, and guest management. At the same time, you'll provide administrative support to the office, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence. You will work closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring the seamless coordination of all events and supporting the ongoing administrative needs of the office. Qualifications: Previous experience in event coordination and office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools. Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized approach.
