Receptionist with PA duties - £30,000 plus great benefits Receptionist / FOH for a rapidly expanding finance / investment company in Mayfair. This is a great role for a candidate with reception / hospitality / administrative experience who is keen to develop their skills and get involved with wider PA/team duties in a young, dynamic company. You will be based Front of House to meet and greet clients, but there will also be a Team Assistant element to the role including booking travel, hotels and some event planning. Duties will include: Meeting and greetings all clients and visitors to office – accompanying to meeting rooms and making refreshments Managing meeting rooms and keeping supplies stocked across the office Team PA duties to colleagues – for example expenses, booking travel and arranging meetings Events research and management The right candidate for this Receptionist role will be proactive, friendly and ready to get stuck in across the organisation.
