Job description
Well known client is currently looking for a part time receptionist to work on Mondays, Tuesdays 8-5 and Wednesdays 12:30-16:30.
Total: 20h per week.
This role will include:
* Booking in work from various clients and ensuring the information goes onto the diary correctly.
* Answering calls and emails from clients.
* Collating sign-offs and works completed from the teams and communicating any issues with them.
* Communicating and coordinating with our contracts managers and supervisors of teams.
* Booking and contacting clients to arrange Customer Service.
We are looking for:
* Someone who can be quick to adapt to a fast-running business.
* Someone who is a confident communicator over the phone and in person.
* A person with strong attention to detail, who can pick up on issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Administrative Duties:
* Scheduling
* Carrying out requests from management as needed
* Answering emails and diary organizing
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Job Types: Part time with possibility to go Full time.
