Account Specialist - Respiratory
We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our highly successful team in North Yorkshire.
Your role will be to act as a single point of contact for our customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs and promote our Respiratory Portfolio in accordance with our UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans.
Key Customers & Target Accounts:
* GPs, Practice Based Nurses, Practiced Based Pharmacy, Health Care Assistants and other relevant decision makers.
* GP Practices
* Primary Care Networks/Practice Clusters
Responsibilities & Role Requirements:
* Provide expert guidance to customers on key functions such as education, medical support, co-creation partnerships and value-added opportunities.
* Serve as an ambassador for Voice of the Customer, listening to customer needs and feedback and responding accordingly.
* Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters and individual practices.
* Foster strong customer partnerships, positioning our company as a respiratory partner of choice.
* Pioneer digital and face-to-face interactions, leveraging new technology and platforms to drive customer insights.
* Empathize with customers, recognizing their challenges and working to develop co-created solutions.
* Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, NPS, project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
* ABPI examination or working towards.
* A strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities.
* A proven track record of delivering consistent sales results in accordance with set targets.
* Effective planning skills through Key Account Management techniques.
* Business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases as required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups.
* Critical reasoning skills, capable of interpreting and utilizing available data sources to enhance customer planning.
* An affinity for digital media.
