JOB TITLE: Next Generation Talent - Assistant Manager
SALARY: £38,295 - £42,550
LOCATION(S): Leeds and Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

This role is exciting and varied. It involves working on Branding & Attraction, enhancing our on-programme experience, and leading research, data, and analysis to shape our strategy.
What you'll be doing
Rich and varied role which will include:
* Taking charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery of pre-join and on-programme plans for our Next Generation Talent. This includes managing internal and external events, overseeing learning and development journeys, communicating with line managers and internal collaborators to ensure successful execution.
* Project management and oversight; keeping all our team on track with our shared agenda and things running smoothly.
* Undertaking data & analytics on behalf of the team, presenting findings & writing informed and compelling recommendations.
* Establishing regular and effective reporting that keeps us and our collaborators and stakeholders updated on the progress of our programmes.
* Analysing external trends and offerings to stay ahead of the competition, while also evaluating internal data and feedback to improve the experience of our colleagues and line managers.
* Writing high-quality, concise, engaging internal and external communications.
* External supplier management and internal collaborator management.
* Have a strong understanding of our approach and policies to be able to respond to varied queries from the business.

What you'll need
* A proactive, can-do approach with outstanding communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with collaborators and colleague communities at all levels.
* Ability to work flexibly and at pace, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and working on projects for multiple people.
* Excellent organisational and project/matrix management skills to lead multiple tasks and complex projects.
* Proficient in analysing data and crafting compelling narratives from research to support informed business decisions.
* Implement effective listening strategies to ensure our focus remains on colleague experience when making improvements to our offering.
* Excellent observation skills and the capability to produce great written communications.
