Your new role
1. Responsible for carrying out monthly balance sheet reconciliations, leading on all trading subsidiary matters, and ensuring tax compliance, including VAT and Corporation Tax, across the organisation.
2. Support at year-end, including preparation of the annual report and accounts and assisting with the external audit.
3. Produce accurate financial information, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with the Finance Manager and Finance Business Partners.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Part-qualified / qualified / QBE Accountant with strong Financial Accounting experience.
2. Looking for candidates with strong experience with charity accounting, with VAT experience, Charities SORP and can support with year-end stats.
3. It is essential to be confident in these areas and can lead in certain matters.
4. Strong technical ability and Excel skills.
