Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated community leader, to work within our Place Based Stop Smoking Service, as an integral part of our Kent service. The ideal candidate will need to be open to travel and support teams throughout the area as required. This role will be responsible for empowering the community to access our service through making and maintaining strong community links, through helping other agencies understand the role of the service and through community outreach and engagement activities.
