Join the Sales and Customer Relations Team at the heart of driving Executive Education's growth ambitions. As a Senior Programme Consultant, you'll be the primary contact for executives seeking information on our Open Programmes, playing a vital role in cultivating relationships, advising on programme options, and converting leads into applications, contributing to an annual revenue target exceeding £1.5 million. Key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for Executive Education programme inquiries, identifying prospects' interests and suitability. Develop relationships with prospects through consultation calls, advising on programme content, experience and logistics. Conduct interviews post-application, assessing suitability, recommending next steps and maintaining a prospect database using Salesforce. Collaborate with the Executive Education Marketing Team, following up on leads, attending events and engaging in networking opportunities. Nurture alumni relationships to increase referrals and enhance our standing in rankings. You should demonstrate a successful track record in a business development role, showcasing the ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with executives and HR/L&D professionals. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation experience, are crucial, along with being a team player and having a willingness to collaborate internally and externally for outstanding results. You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
