I am working with a manufacturing business based in the Dewsbury area of Wakefield who are recruiting an Account Office Manager to oversee a number of duties relating to both transactional finance and wider office administration maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Posting and reconciling several bank accounts including foreign currencies.
* Reconciliation of VAT deferment account to source invoices.
* Maintenance of purchase ledger including foreign currency suppliers.
* Preparation of supplier payments.
* Maintenance of staff holiday and sickness records.
* Maintenance of sales ledger including the posting of receipts and invoices.
* Update and maintain several spreadsheets including recharge calculations.
* Daily use of Exchequer accounting software.
This is an office-based position, however, the client is happy to consider both 5 and 4 day working weeks to suit the successful individual.
