From research through to build, there are plenty of complex challenges we work on together everyday. We need you We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our product. You’ll be focussing on how we can continue to improve and scale our consumer product and create a truly personalised and engaging experience which improves our customers healthspan. We’re looking for an experienced product designer who has a proven track record of working across the entire product lifecycle, and who knows what it takes to deliver successful products in a startup environment. As a relatively small team, all roles are broad, and we encourage and support people to tackle whatever is going to help move us forward. You will already be: Experienced working through the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research to build. Comfortable delivering individually at pace with rapid prototyping Demonstrating an understanding of UX and UI principles and best practices, particularly for the web. Working closely with other roles to move things forward, especially engineering Making well-reasoned design decisions based on customer needs and business goals. Adept at working on complex digital products Passionate about user-centred design and spending meaningful time with users regularly Using qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on products or features Thinking in systems and flows, not isolated pages or features. You love creating scalable and reusable elements, components and systems. Using tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira Excited about scaling products and want to help us reach millions of customers. In addition to these, any experience in the following would be beneficial for this specific role: Working on a data oriented product Working on consumer health products Designing products that drive regular engagement Helping promote new habits or behaviour change Working in startup environment This is a hyrbid role, requiring at least 2 days a week from our London Old Street office.
