The role of Marketing at WTW is to support the company's growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent global brand. As trusted business advisors, the marketing group functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive support to all business segments and regions through well planned and executed marketing campaigns. In this position, you will be a member of Europe Marketing team helping to deliver marketing programs across Europe. The European Marketing Manager will play a central role in facilitating the collaboration across the European Marketing team and Sales & Client Management. The role will lead many of the operational and communication processes and projects that support the European Marketing team and implementation of select marketing initiatives Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant marketing experience and excellent project management, communication and team skills. The role will work closely with the senior business leaders to bring thought leadership, collateral, webcasts, events and a compelling digital presence to life. The Role The Marketing Manager must demonstrate strong project management, collaboration and communication skills, as well as a sharp business acumen and expertise in core marketing and communication execution. You will also conduct data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by marketing stakeholders from across the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. Responsibilities include: Marketing projects Support the Head of European Marketing in developing programmes and campaigns with the business and marketing leaders to support the growth priorities of WTW in Europe. Closely work with the marketing community to develop, facilitate and help to deliver standout campaigns in the region, particularly in the growth markets. Lead European Marketing projects as required. Assist European marketing leaders with planning and budgeting process Working with the Global operations team review marketing budgets to make sure spend is on track Processes Develop and maintain guidelines, templates, tools and other resources to support WTW’s marketing strategy and best practices. Help to develop consistent processes and technologies across the region, with particular emphasis on event delivery (intrado, webex, gotowebinar, MS Teams) Roll out processes for data collection used at events in order to use the data for external communications purposes such as sales follow-up, PR, whitepapers etc. Drive consistency and a one company approach across GB working with GB Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager on amalgamation of Microsites and standardization of Newsletters. Data Management Work with country marketers to review marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing databases. Manage clean up of marketing data in order to improve targeting and campaign follow up. Marketing Operations Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact Manage European leadership meetings – agenda, content, issue tracking, follow ups, logistics Be an active member of the Marketing Lead Scoring Project and work wth geography marketers and sales leads to better align sales and marketing. Capture sales activity across the region from marketing campaignsCompile content for monthly newsletters working across segments and geographies Help to ensure excellent communication across the region. Communicate global campaigns and have better connections into Latin Amercia, Canada for purposes of leverage lanuages for European marketing particualry Benelux, France and Portugal
