Job summary The Healthy Together Helpline Healthy Together has launched an innovative, single point of contact for young people, parents and families the service supports across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The Healthy Together Helpline (HTH) will be staffed by a mixture of health professionals and administrative staff who will provide advice and support at the point of contact. The aim of the Helpline is to offer our service users an improved experience, with access to support when they need it. We are a warm, friendly and welcoming team. Service Co-ordinator The Healthy Together Helpline is seeking skilled administrators, educated to NVQ3 in Administration or Customer Service, or with proven equivalent experience. The Service Coordinators will cover the HTH and be the first point of contact for telephone calls whilst providing efficient administrative support to the HTH Clinical Team, accurately inputting data and maintaining clinical information systems. You will coordinate and manage queries through defined triage pathways enabling the caller to speak to the right person, at the right time. You will be required to project a professional image, providing excellent customer service. The service will operate Monday to Friday between 8.45am and 4.45pm.
