Our EV Conversion client is blending sustainability with luxury in our high-performance electric vehicles. Using in-house developed 800V powertrains, we're redefining the future of classic cars. Were looking for a skilled Control Systems Engineer to develop and implement control systems for their electric vehicle LV and HV systems. This is a hands-on role, where youll work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Develop model-based software using Simulink for embedded systems. Implement and test Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) frameworks. Collaborate across teams to integrate control systems with electric powertrains and chassis. Troubleshoot and test control systems to ensure optimal performance. Solve complex engineering challenges with efficient solutions. Key Competencies: 5 years of experience in model-based software development (Simulink). Strong understanding of control theory and automotive control systems. Experience with ECU calibration, CAN Bus tools (e.g., Vector CANalyzer), and HIL/MIL testing. Familiarity with fault-finding tools (e.g., oscilloscopes). Knowledge of high voltage systems and electric vehicle architectures is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in automotive control systems development.
