Are you ready to shape student culture across a growing multi-academy trust, where we believe that strong relationships and high expectations lead to game-changing outcomes? Bohunt Education Trust is seeking a dynamic Trust Director of Behaviour to lead on our behaviour strategy across our schools.
At Bohunt Education Trust (BET), we are driven by our vision to develop students who are "game-changers." Our ethos of “Enjoy, Respect, Achieve” underpins everything we do. We believe that by setting the highest expectations and nurturing positive, respectful relationships, we can create environments where every minute counts, and students are empowered to reach their full potential.
Our schools follow a warm approach with high expectations, where clear boundaries and supportive relationships ensure classrooms are free of disruption. We know that when students are focused, they achieve more, and as Trust Director of Behaviour, you will play a key role in ensuring this vision is a reality across our network.
The Role:
As Trust Director of Behaviour, working within our dynamic Partnership Services Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting behaviour strategies that align with our high expectations. While your initial focus will be supporting our Northern Hub (comprising Bohunt Farnborough, Bohunt Wokingham and the Costello School), this is a Trust-wide role which may involve deployments to any school in our family - preparedness to travel is essential.
Why Join Bohunt Education Trust?
Joining BET means becoming part of a forward-thinking, ambitious Trust that puts students at the heart of everything we do. You will be part of a network of schools that share a common vision of excellence. You will have the opportunity to shape behaviour policy not just in one school but across an entire Trust, making a lasting impact on thousands of students' lives.
What we offer:
* Extensive opportunities for professional development and to advance your career in a growing Multi-Academy Trust
* A highly collaborative professional environment, which encourages innovation and involvement in pioneering projects and initiatives
* A positive and inclusive workplace culture, where staff well-being is a priority, including potential for flexible working (0.8 FTE)
* Teachers’ Pension Scheme or LGPS
* Open and forward-thinking working environment
