HR Assistant (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)
Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a positive impact? We are looking for a motivated individual to provide essential support to our clients HR team, ensuring a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Details:
* Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until October
* Contract Length: 6 months
* Working Pattern: Full Time (36 hours per week)
* Location: NE3 - parking available onsite and extremely accessible via Public Transport
* Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
What You'll Do:
As an HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of the HR operations, helping to shape our clients workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Offering comprehensive first-line HR advice to employees on practices, policies, and procedures.
* Managing the full recruitment administration process using our e-recruitment system, from crafting job adverts to extending job offers.
* Attending external events to promote our organisation's brand.
* Overseeing occupational health administration and liaising with our OH provider to ensure smooth operations.
* Managing ad-hoc occupational health provisions like flu jabs and health checks.
* Maintaining HR information systems to assist in producing vital HR data and statistics.
* Ensuring employee personal records are managed in compliance with GDPR, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Supporting the HR Manager with the annual performance development review process.
* Providing administrative support to various HR projects and undertaking additional duties as required.
