We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work in the Automation Centre of Excellence team, to develop, support and grow our CRM solutions, as part of business change projects and process improvements. Your role and responsibilities delivery and support of solutions in our CRM, GOSS designing and building effective solutions in our CRM, to a high standard liaising with suppliers, transformation programmes and customers regarding upgrades, requests for change and service enhancements supporting the Product Owner to assess and prioritise product backlogs and associated product roadmaps developing personal expertise in the CRM technologies being used identifying risks and issues to the Product Owner, articulating potential impacts and recommending/ implementing appropriate mitigations. You will need an analytical mindset and a strong ability to problem solve to be effective at communicating information with stakeholders at all levels a positive approach to challenging priorities.
