In the heart of Croydon, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is on the hunt for a MFL Teacher for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious MFL Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding Secondary Department. The School is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.
The School is well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices and training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the School!
Experienced Secondary Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, and more. Early Career Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled in the School's bespoke ECT induction and will work alongside a range of young & experienced Secondary Teachers.

* ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in & out of house training, and more
* September 2025 start - Full Time & Permanent
* MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience)
* Located in the Borough of Croydon
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
* Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
* Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
* Must be willing to listen to feedback
