An exciting opportunity has arisen for a business support officer to join our Digital and Customer Experience department. You will support our People department in delivering efficient and effective administrative support. Teams include community connections housing and homelessness as well as Strategic Commissioning adult safeguarding and deprivation of liberty.
This role also supports infrequent reception cover at adult day centres Colwill Lodge and The Vine.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a high level of verbal and written communication, administrative and organisational skills, as well as knowledge of ICT systems and software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to work well under pressure, using own initiative, and to work well as part of a team is essential, along with the ability to engage professionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role and requires the post holder to work both from home and at office-based locations within the City, including but not limited to Ballard House, Crownhill Court, Colwill Lodge, and The Vine.
This role is suitable for flexible working, subject to the needs of the service.
