Group Employee Experience Partner Location: CPT730 Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Group Employee Experience Partner to join our People & Learning Department. This role is crucial in supporting managers across the Group to achieve their business objectives by providing expert advice on a range of people-related issues. The main thrust of this role involves focusing on employee relations, absence management, and staff wellbeing. The successful candidate will be a custodian of our internal promise to staff, apprentices, workers, and volunteers, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with managers to address and resolve people management issues, helping them to become successful leaders. Focus on employee relations, effectively managing absence, and enhancing staff wellbeing. Collaborate with the Group Employee Experience Lead and other partners to deliver a comprehensive HR service. Advise on and support the implementation of People policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current employment law. Engage in networking opportunities, acting as an ambassador for our work both internally and externally. Provide guidance on contractual terms, organisational policies, and consult on changes such as TUPE, redundancy, and redeployment. Support the production of quarterly KPIs and participate in well-being and engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate records using the HR system and liaise on system improvements to enhance functionality. Prioritise and plan workload to meet all deadlines and maintain high standards of confidentiality and data protection. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in HR, ideally within a similar role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation including TUPE, Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice. Ability to coach, advise, and support managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues. Effective communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with Unions and external agencies. Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records and write reports. Flexibility to meet the needs of the team and organisation. Possession of a driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance for work usage.
