As part of the Group Huws Gray Timber Engineering Provides Roof Trusses, Posi Joists & Timber Frame Projects All over the country to one off Builders and Large Construction companies alike, Currently Operating in two locations with plans for expansion.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Project Administrator with Huws Gray:
1. Based in the Welshpool Office you will be responsible for the accurate input of Customer & Project Details into our Dedicated Project and Client management Software.
2. Working in the Design Office leasing with the design team & Customers you will be responsible for inputting customer and project details to allow for live reporting.
3. You will be booking in projects for estimation by the design team whilst providing an acknowledgment to the customer.
4. Part of the role will involve Preparation of accepted orders ready for handover to the production Team.
5. As part of the Team there will be time to learn and progress your career in Timber Engineering.
6. Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite is Essential, but training will be provided on the Specialist Software.
7. The Role will Also involve providing the same support to the teams based at the other locations.
