Catch 22 are working with a governing body for a professional sector based in High Holborn who are on the lookout for a Temporary Experienced Receptionist/Switchboard operator to cover 3-4 weeks Working hours- 9am-5pm Duties, Meeting and greeting all staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at all times Provide facilities helpdesk support Servicing and monitoring meeting rooms Ensuring incoming calls are answered Ensuring Switchboard consoles are regularly maintained and kept up to date Monitoring of BSB/GCB contact us inbox Provide basis switchboard training to other members of staff when required Cover Facilities assistant when appropriate Must have, Previous experience of general clerical/admin Previous reception and switchboard experience in a similar organisation Basic Microsoft IT systems (Word, outlook) Must have Enhanced DBS check If you have the above experience and are interested please apply or email your CV to
