£18.16 per hour + benefits, 37.5 hours per week - Occasional late or night working may be required to accommodate painting and decorating requirements.

What about you?
Joining us, your focus will be on maintenance and repair of painted, wallpapered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment throughout the facility in order to sustain a neat and well-maintained appearance.
1. Excellent knowledge of paint, varnish, stain, enamels, lacquers, wall coverings, masonry work and other related products as well as application and mixing procedures of such products.
2. Excellent knowledge of hand tools and other equipment including towers, ladders, brushes, rollers, scrapers, sandpaper, spray guns, MEWP lifts, etc.
3. Excellent knowledge of Occupational Safety standards.
4. Good English language communication skills in order to fully comprehend job assignments, read and understand manufacturer instructions in preparing and mixing paint or masonry products, and adhere to safety warnings.
5. Maintains inventory of supplies needed to perform job function and follow company ordering processes.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
