The Role
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be a go-to expert in our product range, supporting the sales team and working directly with customers to provide technical insights, application solutions, and market-leading expertise. Your focus will be on chillers, heat exchangers, sensors, media-separated valves, clean wet pumps, and process gas controls—key technologies used in non-invasive life sciences, medical applications, and the electronics industry.

What You’ll Do
✅ Provide expert product and application support to sales teams and customers
✅ Use your technical knowledge to identify new opportunities and drive sales
✅ Create impactful marketing and training materials to showcase product benefits
✅ Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges
✅ Track and report activities in our CRM system to drive business growth
✅ Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
✅ Work towards and exceed sales targets
What You Bring
🔹 Qualifications: Degree (preferred) or HND in Science or Engineering (or relevant experience)
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Experience with chillers, heat exchangers, sensors, media-separated valves, clean wet pumps, or process gas controls
🔹 Market Insight: Understanding of applications in life sciences, medical, or electronics industries
🔹 Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to engage, influence, and add value to customers
🔹 Ambition & Drive: A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and making an impact
🔹 Mobility: Full UK driving licence + passport for potential European travel
