IT Service Delivery Technician required to provide on-site support of IT Systems from installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software. You will resolve incidents as well as supporting office and home employees.
Skills:
1. Troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners.
2. Mobile phone user support.
3. BitLocker and NTFS security setting and permissions.
4. IT qualification with Windows systems experience.
5. Desktop support and installation.
6. Hardware and Windows OS knowledge.
7. Security knowledge including endpoint protection, data protection, and encryption tools.
8. User support experience in a busy office environment.
9. Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix, Virtualisation, TCP/IP, Windows Server, WiFi.
Responsibilities:
1. End-user issue support response to requests from helpdesk ticketing system.
2. Technical support and fault diagnosis.
3. IT equipment installation and configuration.
4. Install, configure and administer various Microsoft Windows systems.
