About i-Pharm i-Pharm is an award-winning global Life Sciences Recruitment Company that was established in 2008.
The focus of the role will be the recruitment of mid-to-senior level staff within the Life Sciences sector across the US. Using a variety of business development techniques, you will generate new business opportunities and manage the sales and recruitment life-cycle from start to finish.
You will work closely with new and existing clients to build long-term relationships that result in billing opportunities for yourself and other team members.
You will be responsible for finding and selecting suitable candidates for your vacancies using a variety of candidate generation techniques such as advertising, database searching, social & professional networking, referrals and head-hunting.
You will help prepare candidates and clients for interviews and will manage subsequent job offers to ensure desirable outcomes for all parties.
Working as part of the wider sales team, you will work in accordance with company procedures such as following sales process, updating database systems and sharing information for the best interest of the company.
You will have had previous experience in a 360 recruitment position.
