Reporting to the FI OTC Contract Administration Manager, this Service Contract position sits within our Order to Cash department, offering a variety of tasks & activities to help give the employee an understanding on the end-to-end business from commercial to service and beyond. Offering lots of interaction between different internal & external stakeholders, there is opportunity to continuously learn, develop and share ideas.
This role focuses on receiving Purchase orders, building & billing service contracts, billing Time & Material orders and liaising with internal colleagues to ensure our customers have their insurance contracts in place in a timely manner and their medical systems supported.
Your role:
* Focus predominantly on the creation, maintenance and invoicing of service contracts & warranty agreements.
* Managing the non-contractual process and invoicing Time & Materials.
* Support in resolving any financial queries and billing enquires.
* Raising purchase orders to our 3rd party suppliers and external customers for agreements within the contracts.
* Requesting the creation/amendment of customer accounts & master data.
* Supporting and liaise with internal stakeholders as required, e.g. Offer to Order and CS Operations team.
* Manage a shared email inbox, participate on a rota basis to answer queries and resolve actions.
Your expertise:
* Passionate and self-motivated with a strong growth and change mindset.
* Enjoys collaborating and ability to work effectively in teams or as an individual.
* Good prioritization skills.
* SAP experience would be an advantage.
* IT literate with an understanding of Outlook, Excel and internet tools.
* Good comms and presenting skills for communication with customers occasionally.
