We are looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel for enterprise accounts. This role involves targeting high-value companies, identifying and connecting with key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities to set the stage for the enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with the energy of a results-driven SDR, thriving in a fast-paced environment while navigating the complex sales cycles of enterprise organi s ations. Here is what a typical day as an Enterprise SDR looks like: Research & Targeting: Identify enterprise-level prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms. Conduct account-based research to uncover company insights, key stakeholders, and potential business needs. Outbound Prospecting: Execute a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (email, phone, social media) to generate interest and book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers. Tailor messaging to address the unique challenges and goals of enterprise organizations, positioning Service Express as the optimal solution. Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business priorities, challenges, and timelines. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with enterprise-level sales opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the enterprise sales team to develop account penetration strategies and share relevant insights. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance campaigns and materials tailored for enterprise accounts. CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities and communications in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Report on KPIs, including outbound activity metrics, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. What we hope you will bring to the position: Experience: 2 years in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role, ideally focusing on enterprise or large accounts. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for C-suite and VP-level executives. A deep understanding of account-based prospecting and an ability to adapt outreach strategies based on business priorities and industry trends. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Proven success prospecting into enterprise-level organisations with a track record of exceeding performance metrics.
