Internal Account Manager – Customer Service 7 Sales - 70% email comms & 30% phone based– Burgess Hill B2B Sales – PPE – Product Range Sales – Account Management – Customer Service £30,000, plus up to £5000 bonus, 4 days office based with 1-day wfh per week. We are looking for a target oriented customer service pro who can manage and grow a portfolio of 40 – 50 spending business customer accounts. This is a superb internal role dealing with your own portfolio of clients, and will include relationship building, quoting, order taking, upselling, cross selling and introducing new products and ranges that meet their needs. The focus of this role You will focus on nurturing and growing a portfolio of 40 - 50 accounts currently spending around £1.5million, ensuring they receive excellent customer service and driving sales growth Around 80% of the role will be dealing with inbound emails, and the rest will include inbound and outbound calling. You’ll manage quotes, follow up diligently, and ensure that no opportunity is missed to convert leads into sales. Customer Service Excellence: You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer queries, processing quotes quickly and accurately, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. Your role includes welcoming clients when they visit our office to collect orders and maintaining our CRM systems with up-to-date information on all client interactions. Brand Ambassador: As part of our commitment to the brand, you’ll embody the values in every interaction. You’ll support the training and coaching of team members, seek out process improvements, and actively participate in team meetings to ensure we consistently deliver quality outcomes. The Expectations: Meet or exceed monthly sales profit targets. Introduce new product lines to customer portfolios, drive further growth. Hold regular review meetings with top-tier clients.
