PA to Founder
Location: Central London (fully office-based)
Salary: £35k - £40k DOE
Are you a highly organised, proactive PA looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a fast-growing start-up recruitment firm, is on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support their dynamic and down-to-earth Founder. With boutique offices in the heart of London, a fun and social work culture, and room to get involved within the business, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving team!
The Role:
* Fully dairy and inbox management for the Founder
* Creating structured day plans to keep things on track
* Coordinating meetings and interviews
* Additionally support across HR, Finance, and Marketing as needed
* Managing expenses and reports
* Acting as the go-to person in the office
About You:
* At least two years’ experience in a similar admin-focused role
* A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
* Organised, proactive, and great at multitasking
* Energetic, social, and ready to dive into a fast-paced start-up environment
