The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to be responsible for oversight of a number of Business Applications, including our CRM and ERP systems.
You will act as the subject matter expert for applications and their use within the business, providing second line support and maintenance, taking the lead on enhancements and minor changes. You will liaise with third party application providers to work any support issues through to conclusion, holding regular review calls, monitoring application availability and system performance reviews.
What You’ll Get Up To
1. Act as 1st and 2nd Line Support for all Business Systems Issues
2. Liaise with any relevant Partners to ensure all IT Issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
3. Be responsible for administering the Newett Homes JML Process
4. Review all relevant System Release Notes and recommend changes where necessary
5. Keep up to date with software development trends and propose improvements, ensuring that the Newett Homes brand is at the forefront of new technologies available and to help appeal to our target market
6. Work collaboratively with all parts of the business to understand their business systems needs and translate these into system requirements
7. Assist the Business Systems Manager in conducting all Quarterly Audits, in line with the Newett Homes Standards
8. Prepare any testing documentation and support users in UAT of any new implementations, including Patch Testing
9. Work in line with the Change Management processes in place within Newett Homes
10. Assist the Business Systems Manager in the renewal of any system and support contracts as required
11. Liaise with the business on system best practice and the importance of accurate Data, where needed performing Data Quality Reviews
12. Produce and keep up to date any System Guidance Notes in line with any changes and upgrades
13. Conduct New Starter Training and Ad-Hoc Training as and when required
14. Producing or guiding users to any relevant reporting required
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
1. Experience in working within an Agile Methodology with a relevant ITIL or Change Management Qualification
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
3. Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
4. Demonstrable experience within a similar role for 2-4 years
5. Preferable with experience of using COINS and/or HubSpot
6. Preferable with experience in using SQL and/or PowerBI
